Regular rapid from Tokyo Station Keiyo line changing at Soga Station (Sotobo Line) - one and a half hours
Shin Kiba Station connecting at Soga on the semi rapid to Kazusa Ichinomiya - one and a half hours
From Tokyo by car - Keiyo expressway - Chiba Togane expressway - Sotobo Ryurio expressway (first exit off the Chiba Togane - towards Toke and Mobara)
and follow R128 through Mobara City (left 2 traffic lights after the MacDonald's in Mobara - it isn't sign-posted so watch out !) straight on for 15 minutes to Ichinomiya and then ten minutes past Ichinomiya. We are right on R 128 50 meters after a 14 storey hotel (Grand View Hotel) on your right.
From Narita International Airport follow signs for Shibayama - Matsuo - Hasunuma Beach Park - Kujukurri - toll road south to R30. Left at the T junction traffic lights (convenience store on the corner) and right at the next T junction 6 kms or so later just after Sea Song restaurant. Easy !
